The first day of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday. We will gather as a church family at 6:30 that evening in the sanctuary, for a service of repentance, contemplation, and the imposition of ashes. The 40 days of Lent is a time to intentionally focus on prayer and repentance.
Before our service, we will join together in the Fellowship Hall for a potluck “Breakfast.” come enjoy breakfast for dinner with the Union family as we begin this Lenten season.

Area Churches Together Serving (ACTS) provides food and clothing to our neighbors in need. Union not only donates regularly to ACTS, but we also staff the center every other month, on the fourth Friday of the month. Union will volunteer again on Friday, June 27. Each fifth Sunday, Union has the opportunity to give to our Benevolence Ministry. This ministry helps assist our neighbors with electric bills, medical bills, rent, and other unique needs to help them through rough times. We hope that you will continue to give (online or by mailing in your contribution) to the Benevolence Fund.
